Pivot2techBootcamp Terms & Conditions of EnrolmentVersion 1.0 · Effective Date: 26 April 2024 · These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
Plain-English Summary (Non-Binding)
Pivot2tech is an outcomes-driven programme, not a passive course. To remain enrolled you must attend every live session (or watch every recording to 100% verified platform completion) and deliver three (3) live projects within six (6) months of joining. Fees are non-refundable where these obligations are not met. Before enrolment, you'll be sent a Participation Contract to sign so both parties can confirm you're able to meet these commitments. The full legal terms below govern in the event of any conflict with this summary.
1.Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Pivot2tech", "we", "us" or "our" means Pivot2tech, its successors, assigns, officers, employees, contractors and authorised agents;
- "Member", "Participant", "you" or "your" means the individual enrolled, or seeking enrolment, on the Programme;
- "Programme" means the Pivot2tech bootcamp, including all live sessions, recordings, curriculum materials, mentorship, community access, platform access, and ancillary services;
- "Platform" means the learning management system or online environment through which Programme content, recordings and progress-tracking are delivered;
- "Participation Contract" means the individual agreement issued to a prospective Member pursuant to Clause 2, incorporating these Terms by reference;
- "Completion Obligations" means, collectively, the obligations set out at Clauses 4 and 5;
- "Live Project" means a real-world project meeting the criteria set out at Clause 5;
- "Enrolment Date" means the date on which the Member's signed Participation Contract is countersigned by Pivot2tech and payment (or the first instalment thereof) is received in cleared funds.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. "Including" means "including without limitation".
2.Formation of Contract & Eligibility Assessment
- No automatic right of enrolment. Submission of an application, expression of interest, or payment of any deposit does not, of itself, constitute acceptance onto the Programme. Enrolment is at the sole and absolute discretion of Pivot2tech.
- Pre-enrolment Participation Contract. Prior to enrolment, each prospective Member will be issued a Participation Contract for signature. The purpose of the Participation Contract is to enable both parties to assess, in good faith and with full transparency, whether the prospective Member is willing and able to fulfil the Completion Obligations before any commitment is made.
- Condition precedent. Execution of the Participation Contract by both parties is a condition precedent to enrolment. No contractual relationship for delivery of the Programme arises until the Participation Contract has been executed by both parties and the Enrolment Date has occurred.
- Accuracy of representations. The Member warrants that all information provided during the application and assessment process is true, accurate and complete. Any material misrepresentation shall entitle Pivot2tech to rescind the agreement forthwith without refund.
